How to structure your day to be more productive and successful.

How to structure your day to be more productive and successful.

Here’s some ideas and tips to help you structure your day to be more productive and successful.

I learned these vital skill-sets from the Master of Productivity Brian Tracy.

1. Plan Your Day The Night Before.

This is not so difficult for me as an online marketer with a Simple Daily Blueprint that almost never changes. Since my list is always pretty much the same tasks, all I need to add to my list are the “new ideas” that I will implement each day as part of my plan of action.

Some things are on impulse like how I will Post and Engage on Social Media throughout the day, and how I sometimes get the inspiration for my Daily Content Creation through something I see on my Facebook News-feed or a video I watched in the morning.

However, My Daily Plan is 80% implanted into my brain before I even wake up, but I still work from a list.

Your Daily Action Plan may differ from day to day, so planning your tasks ahead of your day will be absolutely imperative.

Every minute spent in planning saves 10 minutes in execution. Sit down with a piece of paper and write down everything that you need to do the coming day. If for any reason you don’t do this, it should be the first thing you do every morning. When you write down a list you have a track to run on.

~ Writing down a list clarifies your thinking and goals…

~ Writing down a list forces you to think at a higher level…

~ If you start working from a list you increase your output 25% each day.

~ All successful people start their day working from a list.

2. Set Priorities On Your List Before You Start the Day.

Work from the 80 / 20 rule. If you have 10 items on your list of things to do, 2 will be the more important than all of the other items put together.

Go down your list and answer the question…

“If I were to be called out of town for a month, what are the most important tasks that I must accomplish?”

Once you identify these important tasks, it brings us to the final step in starting your day.

~ Complete the most important task…

~ Once you’ve completed a task, identify the next most important task the same way you identified the first one…

~ Once you’ve completed all of the tasks on your list, you know you’ve had a very successful day.

When you complete a project, you know you’ve had a successful day!
“Project Completion” is one of the most vital keys to success.

Enjoy Your Increased Productivity 🙂

7 Powerful Keys To Achieving Anything Great.

7 Powerful Keys To Achieving Anything Great.

Brian Tracy “Success is a Journey”

Brian Tracy is an Amazing Human Being. I watched this video today “Success is a Journey” and had to share it.

In this video Brian covers his 7 most powerful keys that will allow you to achieve any great or worthwhile goal you have in your heart.

“To achieve anything great or worthwhile, you must resolve, no matter what life hands you, to carry on, for there is nothing that can stop you from achieving the greatness for which you were created. Do not let anything stand in the way of you achieving your goals this year and every year.” – Brian Tracy

Brian Tracy’s 7 Keys…

1. Decide upon your goal, and then launch.

Get Started. Do Something. Move! This is the most important key to your success.

2. Never consider the possibility of failure.

Always move forward, NEVER backward.

3. The Only time you will ever have is NOW!

Live EVERY Day, EVERY Hour the best you can.

4. Watch out for the “Naysayers.”

Get around winners. Get around positive people.

5. Welcome obstacles and difficulties as valuable and inevitable steps on the Ladder of Success.

Difficulties come not to obstruct, but to INSTRUCT.

6. Be clear on your Goals, but be FLEXIBLE.

Keep your mind open. Be flexible on the process of achieving them. Be willing to accept change, to try something new.

Be fluid, and flexible at the same time. Be willing to accept feedback from your environment and correct your course.

This is a KEY quality of peak performers, the are NOT ridged, they are flexible.

7. Nobody does it alone.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help from others, it’s a mark of strength, courage and character.

Don’t be afraid to give of yourself generously to others. It’s the mark of caring, compassion and personal greatness.

“It’s by facing everything live gives us with courage and determination, that we grow more surely toward the stars.” – Brian Tracy

Thank you Mr. Brian Tracy for adding tremendous value to my day.
